These terms apply to your use of QuoteLoop at quoteloop.trade. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The beta service

QuoteLoop is a free beta. Features, limits and availability may change, and we may suspend or end the beta. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of extracted order lines, prices or drafts.

Your responsibilities

• You review every order, quotation and email before approving, exporting or sending it. You are responsible for what you send and export.
• You may only connect mailboxes and accounts you are authorised to use, and only process data you are allowed to process.
• Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, spam, attempts to access other workspaces, or interference with the service.
• Keep your sign-in account secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace.

Your data

You keep ownership of your content. You allow us to process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

Third-party services

Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive and other connected services are governed by their own terms. You can disconnect them at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by orders, quotations or emails you approved, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (nothing during the free beta).

Ending use

You may stop using QuoteLoop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page with a new effective date.
