The situation

Customers send purchase orders by email: a PDF, a spreadsheet, or a few lines typed into the message. Someone retypes each line into the ERP or a sheet, and mistakes surface only when the wrong goods ship.

How QuoteLoop handles it

1. Orders come in from an Outlook folder you choose, or you upload the PDF, Excel, CSV or email file.
2. Lines are extracted with quantities and matched to your product codes. Every line is shown beside the part of the email or attachment it came from.
3. Anything unclear stops for a person: an unknown product, a missing quantity, or a line count that does not add up. QuoteLoop does not guess a product. When you pick one, it remembers that wording for that customer.
4. One approval exports the order to an Excel or CSV file, a Google Sheet in a Drive folder you choose, or a draft quotation in Odoo (switched on when we set up Odoo with you).

What it does not do

It does not confirm orders or email customers on its own. Nothing leaves the review without a person's approval.
