The situation

Order emails mix product codes, customer wording ("the same boxes as last month") and pack sizes. Quote requests and confirmed orders arrive in the same inbox.

How QuoteLoop handles it today

1. Orders come in from an Outlook folder you choose, or as uploaded files.
2. Lines are matched to your products, including pack sizes, and every line is shown beside its source. Unclear products and quantities stop for a person.
3. Approved orders export to Excel or a Google Sheet, or as an Odoo draft quotation once Odoo is set up with you.
4. Quotation replies can be written and sent from QuoteLoop through your own mailbox, in the customer's thread, after you approve them.
