The situation

Orders and quote requests arrive by email, and someone keys them into Odoo as quotations: customer, delivery address, products and quantities.

Connect Odoo with an API key for a user that may create quotations. QuoteLoop reads your products and customers from Odoo to match against.
Each email becomes a deal. Lines are extracted and matched to Odoo products; unclear lines wait for a person's choice.
After review, one click creates a draft quotation (sale.order in draft) in Odoo. QuoteLoop never confirms it, never sends it to the customer, and records which draft it created so the same order is not created twice.

Writing to Odoo is off by default. We switch it on when we set up Odoo with you, and every draft needs a reviewed order first.

Products and customers come from Odoo. Partners can set QuoteLoop up for a client's workspace on a call.
